Middle Marketing Manager

Our perfect marketing specialist is a born ideator: someone who will generate creative marketing concepts for the best blockchain and fintech startups. 

If you are a good communicator and multitasker, a responsible person, and just a bit nerdy, this position is for you.

What you’ll need to do:

• Prepare content for websites, landing pages, newsletters, etc.;

• Develop creative solutions for more effective campaigns;

• Analyze traffic and work with data;

• Increase conversions on every level of the sales funnel using existing tools or creating new ones;

• Track and supervise media campaigns, targeted social ads, and context ads (daily budget control, traffic quality & cost);

• Draw up reports;

• Interact with content writers. 

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years in digital marketing and a good grasp of marketing basics;

• Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrics;

• Experience working with context ads and targeted social media advertising;

• Knowledge of SEO;

• Market research skills and ability to prepare analytical marketing reports;

• Practical mastery of content creation and a good writing style.

We give preference to candidates with the following skills:

• Practical understanding of blockchain & fintech;

• Upper Intermediate English or higher.
